Adding a product to your cart or using "Buy Now" does not place a confirmed order. It sends an enquiry to us on WhatsApp, where final pricing, sizing, delivery address and availability are confirmed directly with you before the order is dispatched.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to confirmation at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an enquiry has been sent.
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. Payment is collected in cash when your order is delivered to you.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 business days of confirmation and delivered within 4-8 business days, depending on your location. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
If you receive a product with the wrong size or a manufacturing defect, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we'll arrange a free replacement, subject to stock availability.
We try to display our products and their colours as accurately as possible. Since our products are handloom and handcrafted, slight variations in colour, print placement and texture between the photo and the delivered product are natural and not considered defects.
You may cancel or change your order by messaging us on WhatsApp with your reference number before it has been dispatched.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
